Jeff Oxenford

Background and Experience

Jeff Oxenford

Jeff Oxenford received his Masters in Environmental Engineering in 1986 from the University of North Carolina and began his career in water treatment, working as a research scientist for NJDEP. Shortly thereafter, Jeff began an extensive association with the AWWA Research Foundation, known now as the Water Research Foundation. In 2009, Jeff assisted at the Colorado Department of Health and progressed onto the RCAP (Rural Community Assistance Partnership). Over the past forty years, Jeff has been involved in the research and project management of numerous water treatment projects. His credentials include first-hand experience in developing regulations and supporting regulatory efforts. Now that Jeff has retired, some of his workshops and training classes are available at CEU Plan, starting with his knowledge of SOPs. Jeff has worked with numerous communities and agencies in their development, collaboration and sharing of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and his insights have enhanced their operations, along with way.
