Tim Heald holds a BS in Physics and has done graduate work in electrical engineering. He has been involved in the automation and control engineering field for 23 years - 15 of which has been primarily with municipal water and wastewater facilities. He currently holds certifications for wastewater operations, collection systems, and water distribution. He is currently working as a consultant for several municipalities in water and wastewater.
