Background and Experience

Donna Kaluzniak

Donna Kaluzniak is a Certified Environmental Professional with over 30 years experience in water and wastewater utilities. She recently retired as the Utility Director for a small municipality, and holds Florida Class A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, Class C Collection Systems Field Technician, and Level II Environmental Analyst licenses. She has a Master of Public Administration degree from University of North Florida, has a part-time environmental writing business (www.logicalecology.net) and is the publisher of the website www.TreatmentPlantSafety.com. Donna has served on the State of Florida Operator Certification Program - Exam Committee for many years. Volunteered during many disasters, such as Hurricane Katrina, to assist utility operations in the clean-up and restoration of the treatment plants into normal operations.
