Dr. Izrail Turovskiy received his Doctor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Municipal Academy in Moscow, Russia. He has more than forty-five (45) years of experience in wastewater sludge treatment and disposal.

He has authored more than 200 technical publications and textbooks over his career.
